> > I guess you know nothing about Bostons, do you? Tails do not get cut. That is a no no with AKC. I guess you better read standard better. And why are you taking deposits on puppies that could die on you before you can sell them? Or something could go wrong with them. And please don't tell me that you have had nothing go wrong with your puppies before, because then you don't cerf eyes, or do a baer check or even have their pantellas checked. Then what kind of a breeder are you

> it is true that the standard says that a boston with a docked tail is diqualified but....who says he is selling show dogs??? a quality breeder tries to get as close to standard as possible but i however have seen bostons with not so short tails that if i had wanted it for a pet i would have wanted it done by a vet, correct me if i am wrong but akc standard for conformation says no docked tails but ... that is just for showing that doesnt mean he couldnt sell a akc registered dog for a pet... and i am assuming that a veterinarian did it so SOOO What... and what is wrong with accepting deposits? it is true that when someone puts a deposite on a puppy the breeder shouldnt touch the money until they know that all is well and the puppy is in the new owners hands but i have seen many people start a waiting list and accept deposites to hold them as soon as they are born, and they do all the vet care and if there is a problem the money is returned its that simple ya know this is a really nice board but people sometimes have really negative attitudes toward new breeders if you want to help them or pass along some tips great but dont tell someone they know nothing , its just not right......

THANKS AJ, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I THINK THEY LOOK BETTER WITHOUT TAILS. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE THE LOVE THAT I HAVE FOR THESE DOGS. I AM NOT SELLING THEM SO THAT SOMEONE COULD WIN A PRIZE. MY CHILDREN LOVE THEM AND THEY ARE A PART OF MY FAMILY.
